Aeroflow Healthcare and Benefit Design Group has partnered with UnitedHealth Allies to offer significant discounts for a great number of health care providers. UnitedHealth Allies is NOT insurance . It's a discount plan which provides discounts at certain health care providers for health and medical services.
As a member of UnitedHealth Allies, you will receive:
- A membership kit that includes a member ID Card and details on how to obtain the listing of the discount providers in your area. A Call Center allows you to speak to a Customer Care representative to help with any details.
- A Web site locates participating providers or facilities and provides discount confirmations.
- Schedule an appointment, show the ID Card, and pay the discounted rate.
